Agreement Overview

By engaging AP Prokure you agree to our transparent fee model set out in writing before work begins. Switching suppliers will not disrupt supply. Savings are estimates and depend on usage, market timing, and contract terms. You are responsible for accuracy of documents supplied.

Our Services

AP Prokure provides:

  • Cost auditing for energy, telecoms, and insurance
  • Portfolio alignment and contract management
  • Supplier negotiation and procurement services
  • ESG reporting and compliance support
  • Ongoing portfolio optimisation

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply necessary documentation and access
  • Respond to requests within reasonable timeframes
  • Notify us of any changes affecting your requirements
  • Make timely payments as agreed

Fee Structure

All fees are agreed in writing before work commences. We offer:

  • Fixed Fee: Agreed upfront for defined scope
  • Performance-Based: Percentage of verified savings
  • Blended: Combination of fixed and performance elements

No hidden commissions or fees. Any supplier incentives are disclosed and netted into your savings calculation.

Liability and Limitations

We exclude indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

We do not guarantee specific savings amounts, as these depend on market conditions, usage patterns, and supplier terms beyond our control.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared during the engagement. This includes commercial terms, usage data, and strategic information.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Obligations for work completed and fees earned up to termination date remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
